Hey, if you have your Wisephone II and are ready to get started, you've come to the right place!
Here’s an ordered step-by-step guide to help you get set up while avoiding delays or issues. Let’s get started:
Get familiar with the Wisephone II Hardware

Connect to WiFi
Unlock your screen and swipe down with two fingers from the top left. Long press on the Wi-FI icon to select and set up your network.
Confirm WiseOS Version
On your home screen, find and tap “Settings”. ****Check that your WiseOS version is 2.4.3 or higher in the top left section of Settings.
Wisephone II Portal Setup:
On your home screen, tap on "Setup" from your Wisephone II home screen and choose "Sign up" to create your new Wisephone Portal account. Once you're logged in, tap on Get Started to add a Wisephone II to your account.
Now, once you’ve added a Wisephone II to your account, click on the newly created Wisephone card to visit the device page in the Wisephone Portal.
At this point there are two ways to activate your WiseOS Subscription:

Confirm Cell Phone Provider
You have the choice to use the Wisephone Carrier Services or use your existing cellular carrier on your Wisephone II.
I want to use the Wisephone Service Plan
This is a carrier plan and comes with the WiseOS Subscription bundled in. In your Wisephone II packaging, you should have received a SIM card. You’ll need that readily available for the next step:

Sign up for a WiseOS subscription in the Wisephone Portal to unlock all of your phone's features. Make sure to check carrier compatibility.
Insert SIM card
It's time to insert your physical SIM card into your Wisephone II.
If you decide to use your own service, please insert your existing carrier's physical SIM card instead of the Wisephone SIM card that was included with your Wisephone. (It is important that this requires a physical SIM card, as the Wisephone II does NOT support eSIM.)

Setup Voicemail
