If you have your Wisephone II and are ready to get started, you've come to the right article. Below, you will find a step-by-step checklist that is in the order you should follow to avoid delays or issues:

  1. Connect to WiFi: Unlock your screen and swipe down with two fingers from the top left. Long press on the Wi-FI icon to select and set up your network.

  2. Confirm WiseOS Version: Check that your WiseOS version is 2.4.2 or higher in the top left section of Settings.

• If your device's software has not been updated upon WiFi connection, please go to Settings and ****tap “Reset WiseOS” to initiate the WiseOS update.

  1. Wisephone II Setup: Tap on "Setup" from your Wisephone II home screen and choose "Sign up" to create your new Wisephone II portal account. Once you're logged in, tap on Get Started to attach your device.

  2. Confirm Cell Phone Provider: **** A.** **Techless Service**  *(Note: The Techless subscription is included in all three cellular [plans](https://wisephone.com/pages/plans#:~:text=Switch to our service and enjoy the benefits of an included Techless subscription.).)*

  3. Insert SIM card: It's time to insert your physical SIM card into your Wisephone II.   • Follow the steps outlined HERE if your service is not connecting

Note: If you decide to use your own service, please insert your carrier's SIM card instead of the Techless SIM card that was included with your Wisephone.

  1. Setup Voicemail:

    It's time for you to access your voicemail. This step is important, especially for those who have just activated a Techless service plan.  • Reach out to your carrier if you need to reset your voicemail password.
