Update: As of Jun 13, we’re happy to share that the outage impacting the device setup has been resolved! If you tried to set up your device in the past 24 hours, we sincerely apologize for the difficulty this may have caused. To complete the setup, please open Settings, select Clear Cache and Reset WiseOS, then restart. Once rebooted, please refer to the ‘Getting Started’ section in the help docs and try to attach your device to your portal account once more. Thank you for your kind understanding!

Resolved: As of Jun 13, we are no longer seeing errors across Wisephone Portal accounts. All functions should work as expected.

Resolved: As of Jun 12, 4pm CST, progress has been made in addressing the Wisephone Dashboard issue, and we are no longer seeing errors across accounts. The Portal continues to experience downtime, awaiting resolution.
