Login Issues
Our Wisephone Portal authentication partner is experiencing some issues with their platform, which is preventing users from logging in to the Wisephone Portal. We’ll provide an update as soon as it’s fixed.
April 27: The issue has been fixed and Wisephone Portal login should work as expected.

We’ve released a new product update (v2.6.3) to improve your Wisephone experience:
Notification Dots
We’ve added notification dots for the Phone and Message apps, making it easier to spot missed calls and new messages at a glance as soon as this feature is enabled. The feature is gated behind a feature flag which is accessible from the Settings menu (under Modern Font and Contacts Search).
Tool Drawer Access Directly From Device
In response to your feedback, we've added an optional feature flag in the Wisephone Portal to restore Tool Drawer access directly on your device. You can now choose between greater app control or easier access, based on your preference.
UX Improvements
We've enhanced the Wisephone Portal with smoother sign-in and onboarding, improving your initial experience.

Payments Issue:
Our payments partner is experiencing some issues with their platform, which is preventing users in certain geographical locations from activating a subscription or logging into the payment portal. They’re currently investigating the issue.
Resolved: As of March 30, we are no longer seeing errors across Wisephone Portal accounts. All functions should work as expected.
